57/40 "Bricks & Wood"

The Bricks & Wood x New Balance 57/40 is a collaboration between the South-Central Los Angeles based streetwear brand and New Balance on the retro-modern lifestyle shoe. Inspired by the New Balance 574. the 57/40 updates the silhouette with retro-inspired finishes. Bricks & Wood adds a premium flair to the shoe that includes hairy Forest Green suede panels on the forefoot. eyelets. and heel. Tonal mesh and leather can be found on the toe and mid-panel. respectively. A cream leather “Nâ€?resides on either side of the shoe and dual “NBâ€?and “Bricks and Woodâ€?branding is embroidered on the green suede tongue. Forest Green laces with reflective detailing appear on the tongue and a reflective silver panel on the heel tab shines when exposed to light in the dark. The layered pre-yellowed rubber midsole is stacked on top of a white midsole for a retro-future look. Release date: June 4. 2021
