The Air Jordan 12 Low GS “Super Bowl LVâ€?is the youth sizing of Michael Jordan's twelfth signature shoe in a colorway dedicated to the NFL's ultimate game. Released by Jordan Brand in February 2021 prior to Super Bowl LV (55). this low-top Jordan 12 features various football references in its design. beginning with the Vince Lombardi Trophy inspired gold accenting on the mid-panel and confetti-style pattern on the liner. The rest of the design is reminiscent of the iconic “Flu Gameâ€?colorway worn by Michael during the '97 NBA Finals. A Varsity Red textured leather overlay appears on the forefoot and a black canvas material forms the base of the shoe. Black Jumpman embroidery can be found above the red “Two 3â€?branding on the middle of the tongue. While the aforementioned designs tie in with the team uniform colors of the Chicago Bulls. the “ribbonâ€?style design on the heel is a reference to the old team uniform colors of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. one of the two teams in Super Bowl LV. and the host city of the event. as well.
