As for the rest of the design. the “Red Cementâ€?Jordan 4 has a white leather upper with tonal leather overlays and white netting on the tongue and mid-panel. The black plastic eyelets are contrasted by Fire Red-based “wingsâ€?with a speckle pattern. The fiery red speckled pattern also appears on the shoe's mudguard and heel counter.
