Laney in Wilmington. North Carolina. Originally released in 2000 as one of the first non-OG colorways of the Air Jordan 5. the “Laneyâ€?theme returned in 2019 with a Varsity Royal nubuck upper with yellow accents and a grey speckled midsole. The remix of the original “Laneyâ€?AJ5 is completed with reflective silver tongues. The chenille Jumpman logos are a reference to traditional high school varsity jackets.
