Just like the original collaboration. the modern Supreme SB Blazer Mid features a luxury-inspired design with details such as a gold D-ring on the checkerboard heel panel. The upper is constructed from quilted black leather. A faux-snakeskin Swoosh is found on either side of the shoe.
