In addition to honoring Hispanic Heritage Month. the “La Familiaâ€?Air Force 1 also celebrates the retro basketball shoe's 40th anniversary. As far as its design. the “La Familiaâ€?features a brick red mesh base with tonal nubuck overlays. A yellow chenille Swoosh appears on the lateral side of the shoe while a green chenille Swoosh is located on the medial side. Mismatched tongue tags read “Nike Airâ€?on the right shoe and “We Are Familiaâ€?on the left shoe. A red rubber sole with “Airâ€?branding on the lateral side of the heel completes the look.
